        learning to count

   can catch my sitting stance
      (as you slip between the sheeting of my mind)

      I wrote to you in footsteps
      Each and every less meaningful
            because I kept walking  away
   but oh…

   To turn back and
          Write to you in forever’s


       (the colour of the ink changes
         when it touches the paper)

I love the last two lines, the ones in the parenthesis.
